Prices, images and product content information on this site are deemed accurate but not guaranteed. Prices, images and product information is subject to change at anytime at the discretion of Logica Beauty Supplies.
Logica Beauty Supplies pricelists vary intermittently as they are subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate as well as price increases from suppliers. Please ask for a quotation first as prices can change without notice.
ORDERING
All goods can be viewed at our showroom or online on www.logicabeauty.com.
Ordering can be done by telephone, email or online.
Quotes and sales orders are only valid for 14 days, stock will only be reserved once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. Stock availability and price cannot be guaranteed after this period.
Ensure your delivery address is correct as Logica will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a courier or delivery parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
No cancellation will be accepted for any goods specially made or ordered.
Always ensure that all orders are placed by 15h00 the day before for next day delivery, as the couriers leave early in the morning and we can't keep them waiting. If you need to change or cancel an order please do so the day before delivery by 15h00.Β
PAYMENTS
Logica Beauty Supplies operates on a COD basis. All goods ordered must be paid for before delivery or on collection. Where a third party is used for such delivery, payment should be made prior to goods being sent. No goods will be sent out without full payment being made into our bank account and/or receiving a POP. (Please use your client number as a reference on the deposit slip) We have to get the parcels ready before 1 o'clock every day and therefore all orders placed or payments received after this time will only be sent the next day.
We accept cash, Snapscan, Zapper, credit and debit cards (excluding American Express & Diners) for payment. In the event of an attorney being instructed to collect any overdue amounts owing by the customer to Logica Beauty Supplies or to institute any legal proceedings for any amounts owed to Logica Beauty Supplies by the Customer, the customer shall be liable for all attorney and own client costs, including collection commissions, incurred by Logica Beauty Supplies.
Risk shall pass onto the customer/purchaser once POD (proof of delivery) is signed. When using a third party such as a family member or independent courier company to collect the parcel on your behalf, the risk shall pass to the person receiving the parcel at our premises.Β Β
RETURNS & WARRANTY
All furniture and equipment sold by Logica Beauty Supplies has a 6 month manufactures warrantee.
Furniture Warrantee does not extend to upholstery (eg. Vinyl or PU leather) and normal wear and tear including scratches, shrinkages and changes in the colour of the wood.
Freight costs incurred for claims or returns will be for the customer/purchasers account.
Logica Beauty Supplies reserves the right to refuse any claim should the equipment have:Β
β’ been mishandled in any way,
β’ been operated by any unqualified personnel,Β
β’ failed to have been operated in the means to which it was intended or advised
β’ been subjected to any lightning strikes or power surges (we insist that all electrical products are used with a surge protector for the safety of consumers as well as the protection of the integrity of the equipment)
β’ incurred any destruction or damage by fire, tempest, flood, vermin, rust, riot, civil commotion or force majeure
β’ Warranty does not cover globes, glass items or attachments on equipment, please refer to the individual user manual or warranty slip to ensure you know what is covered under the warranty.
Please ensure that you purchased the correct product/equipment/ furniture for your needs and that you have read the Warrantee and instructions on furniture and equipment prior to use. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Logica Beauty Supplies shall not accept any claim by the customer unless received in writing by us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The claim will only be considered if the goods are returned in it's original packaging and unopened or undamaged. Due to the nature of our products we canβt accept any opened or used products for returns.
Sale or shop-soiled items will not be considered for refund or replacement.Β
Should the customer fail to communicate a claim as detailed above, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products as being in good order and condition in all respects. Please report any damages or shortages within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Logica does not any take responsibility for goods short delivered or damaged after this period.
Logica Beauty Supplies reserves the right to appoint a representative of the company to inspect the item returned before a credit, repair or replacement is considered.
No refunds will be given in the form of payment, but a credit will reflect on your account. Only goods brought back to us as sold will be considered for credit.
The customer bears the cost of any unsuccessful claim lodged by Logica Beauty Supplies with the manufacturer of the products on behalf of the customer.
DELIVERY
Delivery charges will depend on your delivery address. This will be indicated when ordering online or by the sales ladies.Β
All furniture deliveries will also carry their own delivery charge and can be confirmed with the sales ladies.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and to be at your premises on the day of delivery, (Else make other arrangements) as we will not be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned due to an incorrect address or no answer at the premises, you will be charged for delivery again.
Unfortunately it is impossible for us to give a time of delivery as this depends on variable factors.
In the event of us being out of stock on a certain item we will contact you once it comes in, you can then decide to take the items or wait until you place another order as all back orders will be treated as a normal order and will have delivery charges applied.
Back orders are on a first come first serve basis, so we cannot guarantee stock if you do not take it immediately.
For far outlying areas you will always need be quoted on the delivery fees as we use multiple couriers to try and get the best rate.
All parcels sent with couriers will be received within 2 - 4 business days from date of payment made.
INDEMNITY
Logica Beauty Supplies only supplies to professional beauty professionals who have trained at accredited training institutions. In purchasing from us you are confirming that you have the valid certification and relevant knowledge to utilise or operate said products/purchases. Logica Beauty Supplies reserves the right to request proof of such qualification if deemed necessary. The onus is on the customer/purchaser to ensure that only suitably qualified personnel operate or utilise the products/furniture/equipmentΒ purchased.
Use of equipment by unqualified persons could cause harm to themselves and other people involved.
The customer/purchaser hereby indemnifies Logica, its affiliates and their directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors in full against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal and other professional fees and expenses) arising as a result of or in connection with Buyerβs purchase, use or resale of the Goods.
