There are so many different ways of introducing beautiful scents and aromas into your salon and spa to create a welcoming environment. Scents are very important. They can evoke memories and affect our moods.
WHAT ARE WAX MELTS?
Wax Melts are small cubes/rounds of wax made from soy, paraffin wax or beeswax. The wax is melted down and combined with fragrance or essential oils. These cubes/rounds are then melted which will release their fragrant scents. Once the scent has faded you can simply remove the wax melt and replace it with another fresh one of your choosing.
WHAT ARE OUR WAX MELTS MADE OF?
Our wax melts are made from parasoy. This is a melting candle wax developed by combining the benefits of paraffin wax and soy wax. This combination gives a very good hot scent throw as well as taking and holding the fragrance especially well.
OUR WAX MELTS ARE HAND POURED AND MADE IN CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA.
HOW TO USE WAX MELTS?
Using your wax melts is super quick and easy. You just choose your favourite fragrance and your melting warmer. Remove the melt from all packaging and place it on the top part of the warmer. Melt to release the fragrance.
Our wax melts should give you roughly 8 to 10 hours of fragrance. The slower it heats up the longer the fragrance will linger and the slower the scent throw. The faster it heats up the stronger the fragrance will be but the release time will be shorter so will not last as long.
WAX MELT SAFETY
Please make sure the warmer is kept upright at all times during use to avoid any spilling onto surfaces.
Once the warmer has melted the wax melt do not move the warmer around as the wax is now liquid.
When using the tea-light warmer with the candle never leave it unattended.
DO NOT EAT!!! The packaging can often look very exciting and inviting to someone that does not know what it is. Keep away from children.
Store away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dark place.
These wax melts are purely for melting and to give fragrance and are NOT to be used as a hair removal wax or as a massage medium.

Returns Policy
If a replacement or credit is required due to product not to the liking of the recipient or not as expected the purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise. Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted. Goods (in original packaging and unused) must be returned within 7 days from purchase and a 10% handling fee will be charged.
Due to the nature of our products we can’t accept any opened or used products for returns.
Please note that we don't accept returns on nail varnish, bulbs, electrodes, gels or tweezers. These need to be checked / viewed on receipt and returned with driver.
No money will be refunded – your account will be credited and it may be deducted from your next order.
